Delete your data — keep your account

This page is for the Build Prep app on Google Play (package app.buildprep). It is live at:

Use this page to remove some or all project data without closing the account. To delete the account itself, use /deleteuser.

What can be deleted (account stays)

• Jobs / leads
• Clients, architects, engineers, contractors
• Tasks and calendar notes
• Documents, plans, and site photos

Kept: your sign-in (name, email, password or Google/OAuth). We do not sell your data. Encrypted backups, if any, are overwritten within 30 days and are not used for the Service after you delete.

How to delete data

1. Open Build Prep and sign in on this phone or browser (same account as the Play app).
2. Open this page, or Settings → Data Privacy.
3. Tick the types to remove, or choose “Delete all project data”.
4. Your account remains signed in. Confirm each action — it cannot be undone.
5. Or email privacy@buildprep.co.nz from the address on the account. We action requests promptly (normally within 30 days).
